goba refers to “Go Out and Be Active” because that’s what we believe in – getting outside and taking advantage of the great outdoors. gobaplay is a company owned by goba SPORTS GROUP. goba SPORTS GROUP also includes Springfree Trampoline - the world’s safest, longest lasting and highest quality backyard trampoline.

Our US corporate offices are in Plano, TX, which is a suburb of Dallas-Fort Worth and houses our customer care, sales, marketing and logistics teams. Our US warehouse facilities are also located at this location.

gobaplay is a subsidiary of the goba SPORTS GROUP which has been in business for 20 years. Our company is solely focused on backyards and specifically enjoying the great outdoors.

The only way to ensure our quality and supply could be managed to our high standards, was to build our own plant, with our own employees and our own quality control facilities. Our manufacturing facilities are located in China, and we are proud to report having one of the most stable workforces, with a strong emphasis on training, education and childcare for our associates. In order to ensure the integrity of all products under the goba SPORTS GROUP umbrella, it was important for us to oversee all aspects of the manufacturing, delivery and servicing.

Maintenance: 

Regular maintenance is essential to prolong the lifespan of your play set or accessories. We recommend periodically inspecting the equipment for any signs of wear or damage and tightening any loose bolts or screws. To clean the swing set or swing, use mild soap and water, avoiding harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

Warranty and Parts:  

We are proud to offer the best warranty in the business for swing set frames of this nature. While the typical Swing Sets have a one or two-year warranty on the frame, gobaplay is proud to offer a full five (5) year warranty on the frame. Made from powder-coated galvanized steel, we are confident that this product won’t bend or rust and we stand behind it with this industry-leading warranty.

Our climbing play sets are backed by a limited two (2) year, non-transferable warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Our individual swings are backed by a limited one (1) year, non-transferable warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Shipping:  

gobasports products are shipped nationwide via FedEx ground. We provide you with a tracking number via email once the product ships. Some region exclusions may apply.

Assembly and Spare Parts:  

The assembly time can vary depending on the specific model and your level of experience with similar projects. On average, it may take a few hours with two adults. The manual guides provided with your purchase will give you an estimated assembly time to help you plan accordingly.

The equipment must be anchored before use. Anchors are included with the purchase of swing set frames and climbing frames unless otherwise stated. Anchors ship separately from the play set. Failure to anchor the equipment can result in serious injury and damage and may void this warranty. This is especially important for windy conditions and under aggressive use.

Currently, we do not offer professional services. However, we provide detailed manuals and assembly guides to assist you in the installation process. These resources are designed to make the assembly process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Link to assrmbly manual

We understand the importance of maintaining and repairing your play sets and accessories. We have a spare parts inventory and are committed to assisting you with any issues you may encounter. We will evaluate your situation on a case-by-case basis to determine the best course of action.

Returns and Refunds  

gobaplay is totally committed to happy customers. We offer:

  • If you purchased products directly from us (website or over the phone) there is a 30-day return guarantee from the date of purchase.
  • All products must be in original condition and be packed in the original unmarked packaging including any manuals and documentation that shipped with the product.
  • After the product has been received and inspected by us, a refund will be issued.
  • Gobaplay will refund your purchase price minus actual shipping costs to you, and a 15% restocking fee, including any applicable taxes.

If you change your mind for any reason after placing your gobaplay order, you can cancel (without charges) if it has not been shipped. Please call us at 1-877-587-7723to determine if your order has shipped. Your order must be cancelled by phone as emails are not a recognized cancellation notice. If your order has shipped, please rest assured that you can return any unwanted items after you receive them in accordance with our return policy (see above).
