      - Products are delivered direct to your home via FedEx Ground. When you order from gobaplay, a tracking number will be provided to you via e-mail once the product ships.


      - All products are shipped in 1 or more boxes. The boxes are heavy, and we advise two people to lift them.


      - CA purchases cannot currently be shipped internationally, nor to P.O. boxes.

We're pleased to offer you a 30 - day return guarantee for all of our products from the date of purchase. gobaplay will refund your purchase price minus: all actual shipping costs (including to and from your ship location.) Additionally a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the final purchase price, including any applicable taxes.

      The kids love this swing. We had one previous to this one and it got used so much it needed to be replaced. This swing shipped in a timely manner and was very simple to put together. Glad to have this swing for years to come
