We strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers with free shipping is available on all new gobaplay orders within Canada (Some regions excluded.)

- Products are delivered direct to your home via FedEx Ground. When you order from gobaplay, a tracking number will be provided to you via e-mail once the product ships.

- All products are shipped in 1 or more boxes. The boxes are heavy, and we advise two people to lift them.

- CA purchases cannot currently be shipped internationally, nor to P.O. boxes.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review the following information regarding returns:

- If you purchased online through gobaplay.ca, please contact our Customer Support Team at 1 877-586-7723 to process a return. We're pleased to offer you a 30 - day return guarantee for all of our products from the date of purchase. gobaplay will refund your purchase price minus: all actual shipping costs (including to and from your ship location.) Additionally a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the final purchase price, including any applicable taxes.
